      From progranized and great place to disorganized moral buster

      Pros

      Team mates were great, knew their areas of expertise and willing to help anyone. Benefits starts great, and though reduced over time, still were good.

      Cons

      Reorganizing for the sake of reorganizing and not having a plan before announcing is not an admirable tactic for continued good moral or productivity. Constantly trying to save money so can be low bidder on jobs is an inherent flaw in business success.

      If you enjoy wearing multiple hats and working in a very small environment, where everybody kniws your name, then you will enjoy yoyr position with ICON.
