      canteen onsite, gym, you can learn a lot in finance department

      Cons

      A lot of overtime, Management does not respect employees, bullying is there normal thing.

      The famous open door policy doesn't exist. Ask and you'll get treated like an "under nothing". Unrealistic feedback. not willing to listen to employees concerns

      Great working environment, very supportive, treated well by upper management

      Cons

      They tried to move PM into maintenance without asking. Local management is much more unaccustomed to working with entry level / lower level employees as opposed to highly trained employees that can work effectively and efficiently with minimal interference. The pay is low for MY area. Little room for promotion without many years of service.
