      Pros

      - good social club - great gym on site - annual leave is good in comparison to other companies - working hours are flexible

      Cons

      - some people get away with doing very little while others pick up the slack - there is favouritism - progression is very slow, you need to leave to progress - difficult to see clear goals and ways of progressing - training is restricted - employees feel under valued

      Pros

      Good work/life balance, nice and compassionate line managers. Very strong business outlook as they very well know how to milk the employees to the max, if you want to invest in shares - ICON will always grow.

      Cons

      Compensation is just OK, no adequate benefits no any will to invest in employees and support their development. No opportunity for career development.

      Pros

      Good sports and social and personal fitness programmes Healthcare, personal trainer. Very few great people.

      Cons

      This is certainly not the right time to join Firecrest. Overall the atmosphere and culture is toxic, people are fed up, unmotivated and unhappy with how much unprofessional behavior, nepotism and incompetency they have to deal with. Genuine people at every level is fed up and leaving , not simply because they have better options elsewhere, but because they can't tolerate the incompetence. The sheer aggressiveness and lack of respect shown towards the employees is a bit too much. Even if you try to raise concern, you would quickly be pushed back into the back seat. Soon enough, you will find yourself cornered & depressed. Management is unresponsive. No integrity. No corporate ethics. Favoritism. Unjust Never seen an HR in the office.
