      - Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision) and Paid time off are very good - Some very good people - Good work environment

      Cons

      - Removal of non-manager bonus program - Suspension of raises and very minimal raises last year - Workload is overwhelming and employees are expected to take on additional responsibilities without a clear indication of when those additional responsibilities will lead to a promotion
