Pros

Flexible working hours, private healthcare, office location is good, free parking (by rota), management listen to employees (but rarely action), company shows compassion, facilities are good

Cons

Lack of communication between departments, workload and the pressure to complete it within a timeframe, disorganisation different software programs of which none do the job they are required to do, there is no consistency between managers, promotions appear to be given by time served or if required for a trial not by the individuals merit, salaries are not comparible with other CROs, dated technology,

- good training platform for self-training - good to place to start for the first year in clinical research - some people

Cons

- huge workload without appreciation for work done by CRA/CTA - growing pressure on profits and lack of understanding people motivators - no career development opportunities at all - chaotic implementation of changes, lack of change management - loss of corporate culture - relatively low salaries and no bonuses
