      Pros

      Employees generally are conscientious and focused on achieving/exceeding project goals and timelines and professional in dealings with each other. Managers actively involved in your career planning.

      Cons

      Many, many overseer's with focus on metrics, metrics, metrics. Constant & repetative follow up from multiple managers & upper level management impact time that could be spent actively completing workload and planning for upcoming or long-term study needs.

      Pros

      The facilities are very good. The amount of holiday is ok. The training processes are good. There are some career opportunities.

      Cons

      The work load is very high with tight deadlines and only few experienced staff remain at the company. New staff leaving soon, some after a few months. Compensation is insufficient.
