      Pros

      Flexible working hours. The colleagues are nice and is what makes you stay in this company.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload, bad salaries and benefits, no HR assistance, poor training, lack of transparency in the promotion process. Metrics are now the only concern for this company. Poor interaction between departments and no support to manage clinical trials.

      Pros

      Aside from the salary (if you were smart to negotiate well), there is nothing good about this company.

      Read the review by a Sr CRA from 02Sep2013 - I wish I had. Good individuals but terrible project teams. No collaboration. New hires are leaving before their 1 yr, despite having to repay bonus - a major clue of how things are.

      You could wear jeans everyday. Benefits were okay.

      Cons

      No promottions for experience, all about the money no concerned with employee growth. Favoritism across the Study Start-Up department. Some receiving 2 promotions within 1 year. Very, very cliqueish, if you are not part of the in-crowd or cool with someone from the in-crowd you can forget about ever being promoted. No work/life balance, you are assigned more studies than can be handle by one individual, At ICON you are just a head count, nothing more. Important company information was passed via word of mouth prior to getting official notice from management.
