I entirely agree with every con submitted by the “Deeply Concerned Firecrest Employee”. I believe it is no coincidence whatsoever that, with the exception of the two reviews from a few years back, all the reviews up until about a year ago were overwhelmingly positive, as it was at that time that a new senior management team began to make its presence felt within the organisation. These people, with few exceptions, have done little but damage to the company. Good people at every level are fed up and leaving in droves, not simply because they have better options elsewhere, but because they cannot stomach the incompetence, and in some cases the sheer aggressiveness and lack of respect shown towards the company's employees and ideals by many of the senior management team.

Very poor IT department with realistic C level expectations, but with a dysfunctional and highly political support organisation. Insufficient time and budget given to actually solving long established issues, contributing the the self fulfilling perception of IT within a fast moving and Professional organisation
