      Good company to get experience and then move on!

      Pros

      Good company in terms of work/life balance and flexibility, although depends on the department.

      Cons

      No room to grow and expand in your career simply because certain managers don't stand up for their employees. Merit raises are a joke, barely any promotions and just last year annual bonuses returned.

      Pros

      There are some amazing people that work there especially in the observational and statistical analysis groups.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there are many people working there that are just 'floating by' and are not accountable for their work. It is hard to get people to do their job. Senior management was atrocious in some departments without a clue as to what they were doing. No promotion opportunities but management would continuously over-promise and under deliver.
