      Pros

      Not too many pros. One decent thing about this company is that it offers a fairly competitive salary and benefits. I can't think of any other pros.

      Cons

      - Incompetent line managers lacking basic leadership and people management skills - High workload - No concern for quality of work - Unusually high employee turnover - Poor work/life balance: high rate of employees getting ill - Very little to no opportunities for career advancement

      Pros

      Family focused company. They Take care of their employees. They are always recognizing new family members, employees. marriages and the support and financial help to the spouse or families that have lost a loved one.

      Cons

      Sometimes long work days with being understaffed. Short lead times to head out of town, but working for this the company is worth it!
