Pros
- pleasant work friends but only within your level of seniority - site facilities - training opportunities and courses at start of joining
Cons
- no career progression at all - open bully policy which includes members of senior management. Talking about colleagues behind their backs verbally in an open office or via Lync messages (often accidentally to the person being talked about!) - leads put in charge with no management experience - colleagues often witnessed having breakdowns due to the immense ever increasing unrealistic work load that leads put onto analysts. Then they bully them for being able to deliver - no respect for colleagues of lower seniority
