      Opportunity to work from home; company provides office equipment and supplies and internet reimbursement. flexible working hours for office based workers, work council in place

      Cons

      Lack of transparency in terms of salary ranges, how bonuses are determined; career pathway is not clear for advancement within the company, to criticize anything can lead to a endless waiting for solution or it goes just lost, but for sure any criticism from your line management regarding your performance leads to worse assessment results and should be corrected immediately

      Pros

      Top CRO with a wide range of therapeutic areas. Overall, people seem to enjoy their jobs. Management from the top down does make an effort to listen to employee feedback.

      Cons

      Lots of processes in place that seem to slow down the momentum of getting work done in a streamlined and efficient manner. Accountability seems to always fall on the CRC, supervisor, or someone else instead of the individual who is actually responsible for carrying out the job to be done,
