      The bigger they get, the less they care about the people who made them great.

      Pros

      Generous PTO and decent salary.

      Cons

      They stopped caring about their people when the founders left and the acquisitions started. They have become just another greedy corporation who makes asinine decisions based on short term gains but are extremely damaging in the long run. Their recent initiative to offshore thousands of US jobs will only hurt their US operations, as many of those positions are client facing, Years of building relationships are going to be wiped out overnight.

      Pros

      The only pro is the colleagues that are there but most will not be there long because of how completely imbalanced and unfair the management is there. Unethical practices happen to great employees and everyone is replaceable and no one is valued. You excel not based on work but based on what you are willing to do for management or how much you are willing to kiss up.

      Cons

      Everything with management is completely unethical. Managers target and threaten employees based on personal feelings behind closed doors and have been reported and put on warning are somehow still there. HR is there to protect the management and not the employees. Manager makes racist, inappropriate remarks and gives out personal information about employees to their peers during 1:1's. Completely erratic behavior and has been caught lying about situations and feedback yet nothing is done by HR.

      Pros

      Talented team members across departments unfortunately these people are starting to leave due to recent management decisions.

      Cons

      1) Management recently significantly reduced benefits without warning. 2) Annual increases are set up such that no one ever gets better than "meets expectations" and increases are rock bottom at an average of 1.8% for last 3-4 years. 3) ICON was once known for providing a very nicely balanced work/life workload. Not anymore! 4) Good employees are leaving at a steady rate causing instability for teams. Also, when a team member leaves it can be literally months before they are replaced. 5) ICON management does not support their employees from maniacal sponsors. 6) Systems are home grown and outdated.
