      Pros

      Due to the short staffed departements, theres alot of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      The pay is low, lowest in the area from my point of view. No work-life balance, I’ve made several 12hour shifts and got told to ‘just deal with it or leave’. ICON fails to recognize the current discontent which causes a huge turnover in experienced staff.
