      Lots of perks like trips for conferences, 8% 401 k match, 3 weeks vacation to start plus 14 holidays and sick pay. Flexibility when time off is needed and supportive management and HR

      Cons

      Very structured. Your role is clearly defined so those of us who like variety are less challenged.
