      Pros

      A leading chemicals company in a worldwide scale. A very strong organization, offering good salary and a wide range of benefits.

      Cons

      Very few career opportunities lead to VERY slow promotions, the quality of manpower differs dramatically between amazing professionals and underqualified workers. An unmodern organizational culture.

      Pros

      Cares for its employees in every way, great benefits. Trying to become the Employer of Choice. Clear communication from top management to the bottom employees

      Cons

      Its rare for regional HQ person to become a global HQ person. This is a minor issue since regional HQ persons are part of global executive council and Top 100 members.

      Company in transition

      Pros

      Good pay, health benefits, and 401k. HR team is one of the best I've ever experienced. New North American manager is excellent and will hopefully be able to lead new changes which are absolutely necessary. The product managers are also very good at what they do.

      Cons

      The North America team is trying to find itself again after a very complicated merger of three businesses into one. Sales and team are veterans, but unwilling to take on a new way of conducting business and bringing on technology. Many will not go outside of what they know and are unwilling to take on their newly assigned responsibilities. The whole North American team is under the thumb of the Israeli home office which is plagued with bureaucracy.
