ICL Group reviews

As with most global companies, ICL is growing and constantly changing. To me, this has made it a fun, exciting place to work with endless opportunities. Particularly in the last year during some growing pains, the company has made strides to keep employees engaged and make sure they know their opinions are heard and matter. Work/life balance is a top priority for me, and I feel like I have it here. It's been great to work for a company that really cares. Personally, I've been allowed to introduce and test out new ideas, shadow others outside my position to help determine my long-term careers goals, and am constantly expanding my skills. While ICL is a large company, I still feel like the culture at our office is one of a much smaller one where everyone works together and knows one another. There are no closed doors or feelings of being unable to approach senior management.
