      A company that used to feel like a family and lost it, completely

      Pros

      Stable company, other than that, it lost all its positive aspects when the ceo came onboard in 2018

      Cons

      Top management are a political, manipulative and dishonest. A few years ago, the ceo decided the company is “too stable” so in order to create rotation, he decided every member of the management team should have a goal to get rid of a percentage of his team every year. They have been firing great people and creating an unstable environment just to meet the CEO’s expectations, HR is a puppet on a string and the ceo is highly manipulative.
