1. Culture is very cool, flexible 2. Timing flexibility- no swipe in/swipe out 3 . Leave policy good 4. Relaxed environment 5. Certifications paid by L&K 6. Good for maternity leaves management and overall support

Cons

1. No proper structure for promotions- they don't really care for your promotions even if you deliver projects on time with superb quality!! Totally pathetic 2. No proper reasoning for promotions/no promotions 3. No project allocation specific to your skillset- they put you wherever they need 4. Extreme high packages and salary increments as compared to experienced employees from 5/6 years back
