Pros
Some bright people who try to push the envelope. On the right team (like mine for instance) you can end up working on some interesting projects with up to date tools.
Cons
Management is lost on our product. I've had more managers than years I've been here. No oversight or accountability for even ridiculous errors from architect level employees and above. The corporate political game decides livelihoods (layoffs). You're best off staying here for a few years, but not in the long term.
