Pros

Its a good company w.r.t work flexibility. You can get work from home option based on your criticality even for a month and it depends on the manager.

Cons

Less salary. Not much growth w.r.t technology wise. Need to pay for everything including tea, coffe and food everything. Even they have made restrictions on taking print outs. You should know show off. Else you will never be recognized by managers

work life balance. work from home depending on projects and managers. no restriction on leaves

Cons

Agile process not followed. technology stack is really old and very less likely to migrate to newer technology people don't believe in learning new technologies or rather are not aware of current and upcoming technologies. they stick to the old and stale projects with nothing new to learn.

Pros

Work life balance is great at IBM. In my department, management allows the employees to be flexible with their schedule. You may have to work during the off hours or weekends but can easily manage your work and home life.

Cons

IBM used to be a great company to work for, but not anymore. I have been with IBM more than 30 years and have watched the decline. You will not see raises or any financial incentives any more at IBM. They have constant resource actions (firings) looking for cheaper employees. I would not recommend IBM as a place to work. New hires can expect to be resourced with in a couple of years of starting their employment.
