Pros
Great environment and workplace. The company is vary flexible and friendly with the employees. Two, unrelated pros are Cybersecurity and collaboration globally. Both are of the strongest in the world, and that can be seen among the people, in the company's culture.
Cons
Too many unnecessary tools, processes and reports that are mostly a waste of time and do not add value and do the exact same thing. Another one is that the company took too much time to get the pace of technology (on cloud, mainly) and lost great opportunities on the way. By the end of 2020, the company is still implementing its own tools on cloud. And lastly, being transferred in company between countries should be easier.
