Pros
IBM is huge and so you set your own limits. I've been able to travel around the world, learn from the best and definitely I'm a much better professional than when I started. People is great. At IBM personal relationships are valued and you can feel that. I've made real friends all around the world. The work environment is more than friendly.
Cons
There is a culture of setting unrealistics objectives, and afterwards twisting data or metrics to make it appear as everything went good. It is many times frustrating to work when the KPI are more important than reality itself. Generally speaking, there is a lot of makeup and not much content.
