Pros

* You can work as much (or as little) as you want * Great place for people who want a relaxed job and focus on other priorities in life * Good colleagues

Cons

* Technical and professional growth is very slow, more time spent dealing with red tape then doing work that matters * Weak middle management w/ minimum value add * Seems like finance has final say in each and every decision made by the company ("NO" is the only word on their dictionary) * Steadily declining employee morale
