Pros

IBM' learning platform is best in class. You will find everything you need, no matter what you are looking for from strategy to execution to technologies. The content is tailored to suit to you role and experience. It's like driving on a predefined pathway without worrying about if to go left or right. Leadership provides enough opportunities to take a break from day to day hustles and learn. In fact there is mandatory training each need to finish every year which kinda forces you to thin hard where you will spend those required hours so that helps you to succeed.

Cons

Like any other big organization, IBM is huge and you need coach or mentor to navigate you. Finding right coach or mentor is something that most of the folks find tough but recently IBM started addressing this through more collaborative platform for mentors and mentees - time will tell how that helps address this only con of such a great organization.
