Pros

The culture is fairly laid back compared to other companies in the industry, definitely a plus if looking for good work/life balance. The management team is usually picked internally so they are understanding of your needs

Cons

There is too much bureaucracy where everything needs some sort of sign off, no matter how trivial. In addition, there are simply too many meetings that start to hurt productivity. Due to the recent financial results, the future of the hardware division is in question.
