      People, good middle management, interesting clients

      Cons

      You could get a bad manager easily, lots of people cashing checks waiting to retire, people's inability to be innovative might hold you back

      Pros

      An environment where you can challenge yourself. When you think and act on your own, someone is watching you and will call on you. This is where teams are born and business opportunities are created.

      Cons

      Some organizations or people have a conservative mindset. A culture that is stuck in the conventions of the past and decides without taking any action that it is impossible anyway, or that such a way of doing things has never been done before, so it is not good enough. It is a waste!

      Cons

      The constant stream of acquisitions makes integration challenging and the portfolio of offerings more complex.
