      Decent starting salary. MacBooks. Relatively up-to-date tech stack (depending on team). 9-5, don't need to put in too much overtime.

      Cons

      No raises. Impersonal management. Legacy projects. Usually large teams so not a lot of freedom and very compartmentalized work.
