Pros
With in IBM - GBS is a good place to work as you don't really interact much with IBM or Management as you work for a Client.
Cons
A lot of them on a high level - Poor Benefits esp. 401k worst I have seen - Politics in Management I'm a victim of racism , I had been rated 2+(over achiever) every year and successfully delivered projects on time but still put me on RA. And reason for RA is cost cut but my Peer who has not performed well and hasn't delivered project was not effected at all as she was White. I was asked to pass on my successful projects to her. I took the package which they offered as part of RA as I have seen enough. And the Best part they haven't settled my RA amount yet it's been over 2 months and HR keeps saying check is on the way...lol. I guess they ran out of money..lol
