Pros
I love the culture at IBM. Despite being a giant organization, colleagues are always eager to help each other. Of course, there are always a couple of odd ones, but very rare compared to the other companies I previously worked for. I'm also impressed by the knowledge and skills of my colleagues. I'm proud to be an IBMer. Throughout 2020, the company really tried to make everything to make us feel comfortable in our new reality, often checked on us and extended some of our benefits specifically designated to these challenging circumstances.

Can't think of any at this point. Best company I ever worked for.
