The enhanced benefit package is awesome. 3 weeks of paid holidays is great. A lot of the social committee stuff is fun.

Cons

Upper management. I feel underappreciated by my supervisor and some directors makes me feel very small. I feel my ideas aren't heard.

- dynamic doesn't suit everyone - communications between different groups could be way better - a lot of senior managers

Pros

Innovative company, doing a lot of the right things, slowly changing the culture. Got to work on some really impressive projects.

Cons

Lack of support from management with regards to career development and growth. Easy to get pigeonholed in a role while management simply hires hands from outside instead of growing junior staff into more senior or experienced roles. Due to this there is a lot of turnover, only 5% of my department was the same as when I had started 3 years ago. After a few years I felt like it was going to do more harm than good to stay.
