      Pros

      -Innovative company with an open minded approach. -Mission of the company "Protect, Enhance and Save Lives" is widely shared within employees. -Friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      -Company is sometimes more focused on technology than on pleasing its customers. -While the company is a mid sized company with 1500 employees it is still pretty immature. Rather than having solid processes and definition of roles and responsibilities, a lot is put on the shoulders on some key people.
