Pros
Interesting job, ability to learn many things, flexible job schedule and projects. I love the work I do.
Cons
2% raises are the norm no matter how you perform unless you know someone, terrible management at most sites, the better you know your job the more work gets piled on you, but no increase in pay, bonuses exist, but aren't very impressive.
