      Pros

      Good work life balance if you manage the flexible time of policy correctly. Salary seems in line with other occupations.

      Cons

      Expected to know everything and do everything quite quickly. Training is usually theoretical and not so practical. Variable schedule -> can cause lots of problems, but maybe you like switching from mornings to afternoons to nights within a 3 day window.

      The best part is they donot engage human force for the initial hiring, a good labour layoff point

      Cons

      No i dont find any issues with the system however q/a could be incorporated as well
