Company has a nice mission connected to cancer treatment

Cons

Many issues. They slowly erode benefits each year. Pay is mediocre at best. Management and leadership is bad in most of the organization. They pretend to be a B-corp while still finding loopholes to not act like one and enrich their friends. If they actually cared about employees it could be a great company.
