Few vacation days in some sites, some times corporate strategy Is not transferred properly to local sites, for some sites too many working hours per week.

Terrible work environment. Supervisors force bad parts out the door for shipments to get bonuses, then cite the the employee for the action. Hostile work environment from all ends; fellow employees, leaders, trainers, supervisors. Little to no training of employees, people fired for violence and drug issues returning on a regular basis. Nobody cares about fixing problems, only moving them around the facility. Machines broken or barely functional 60% of the time, safety measures bypassed to get production numbers with a 'do it or find a new job response' from all corners of authority. Highest employee turnover rate I have ever seen. 25 people walked out the door on one shift in one month, and it's actually unsurprising. Avoid this facility. This is where you go if your dreams are dead.
