      some very good, some not so good

      Pros

      the overall quality of people is better here than most places I've worked, good breadth of engineering knowledge, very team oriented as well

      Cons

      CEO thinks he knows more than anyone, breaks every control rule at whim, and refuses to try anything even remotely innovative. motivation by punishment threat is endemic to all automotive, but acute here, so most people are more concerned with CYA than actually improving things. CEO has micromanaged sales so excessively that sales is paralyzed and don't provide any customer service they just try to stay on the CEO's good side.

      No room to progress for my career; Leadership reserved for French people; No localized strategy; Women leadership close to 0, i am tired to see appointment memo with only white men face;
