The staff is really friendly and it's a great working environment in that manner. -HR does have incentives and employee appreciation. - cross training is available most of the time

Cons

They are trying to maximize the workload per employee to an unreasonable degree. - management are yes men and rarely does anything change. - new restructuring in management is making it difficult to get direct answers.
