Not much anymore. Work gives the opportunity to travel and you get to work with individuals around the world.

Cons

Low starting pay, little coordination, no incentive. They are removing many of the benefits.

Often purchases lunch for employees (as you are also expected to work through lunch)

Cons

When I started at Hutchinson, there was no onboarding program. In my first three months I was never assigned work or training material, and then my manager took three weeks of vacation and was on work travel for two weeks. I was never given guidance, mentorship, or even a vague idea of what I was supposed to be doing. All coworkers worked through lunch and did not take breaks due to fear of leadership citing low productivity.
