      incompetence and micro-management made into religion

      Pros

      pay is good, lots of advantages being a subsidiary of an oil major, stock options, free stock as bonus etc...

      Cons

      no procedures, no job descriptions, terrible management, all decisions taken back at the HQ in France without involvement of the stakeholders. lot of 50 years old people at the intermediate level of management paid a lot of money and not contributing any value

      Pros

      -Flexible arrival and departure time, as long as you put in you 8 hours per day. -Great lunch room, stocked with many different vending machine with slightly discounted prices. -Managers are very understanding and the atmosphere is good.

      Cons

      -Due to its large size, changes or new ideas can take a long time to implement. -There is a disconnect or lack of communication between departments that can be frustrating.
