Very active and innovative company. Good long term vision to develop and promote innovative products. Sr. Management and CEO are very engaged and the new 616 Fab House innovation center is a very positive addition. There is a good team spirit and people are challenged to go further. Good perspectives for the future with lots of new investments.

There are some very nice, and talented people working here - unfortunately none of them are in charge of anything, and they are all being exploited.

Cons

This company is as dysfunctional as they come. Division CEO is a child, trapped in a man's body. Example of his incompetence and immaturity -- there is another glassdoor review posted July 25, 2016 by an anonymous Grand Rapids, MI employee entitled "engineer." It is a 5-star review that says "great company, great CEO, etc." I happen to know for a fact, that this review is a phony post - made by the division CEO himself, in response to all of the negative posts made here since he became CEO back in 2013. Advice to prospective employees: Stay Away. Don't leave your current job thinking this might be a step toward advancement - it isn't - and never will be. This company is a career-destroyer.
