Benefits, they are generous, vacation is better then most but there is too much work to take it.

Cons

Very tough place to work. They are going through transition so all the leaders are trying to figure out their future. No ethics or decency. They will tell you one thing to your face and belittle you behind your back. Not that many people are even nice.

Easy to move up. Relaxed work environment. Promote from within.

Cons

Horrible culture. Bad business practices of being overly loyal to employees. Results in under qualified management. Many managers lack degrees or legitimate training outside of Hunter Douglas. This is killing the culture at Hunter Douglas.
