Pros

Good 401K, average insurance, pay is decent for office people.

Cons

Some really terrible managers, luckily it's well-known who they are so you can keep clear of them (while HR and upper management does nothing about them). Inside joke is the “50/15 employee”; if you are over 50 or have worked there over 15 years your days are numbered!

Micromanaged by manager. Blatant favoritism for peers. Was never recognized for top performance. I was told when I walked in the door by the person I replaced, that if the manager doesn’t like you he will make your life miserable. He made sure to live up to that. He even scrutinized the food I ate on road trips, when I turned in my expense reports. I could not get out of here fast enough.

It have a great health plan, dental, and 401K. Good opportunity to grow, if you are in the right department.

Cons

New upper management, in manufacturing they are condescending towards their employees, they always try to make you feel that you don't know anything. Unrealistic goals, unfair treatment.
