Pros
Very good benefits compared to other companies, perhaps the only good part.
Cons
Management does not listen to anyone. We had an overhaul with a new system and they did not listen to any new ideas to improve the system. The company is extremely inefficient in terms of how things are done and because of this, the employees are forced to work near 60hr weeks for months. There is disrespect between managers and those below them. Almost as if they think they are better than them. It is impossible to move up in this company unless your mom or dad works in a higher-up position. Nepotism runs rampant in the company. If you do not understand the company politics then you have no shot of moving up.
