      Pros

      The people/ coworkers are great, hard working dedicated and supportive individuals to each other and local communities.

      Cons

      Corp prefers to check off their to-do's, completely micro-manages everyone, absolutely no confidence in their Managers' abilities to lead. There are many who are Managers or with titles that DO truly know how to be leaders but are held back by all the ridiculousness of CI (joke is I don't think there's an actual Green or Black belt in the building),that is dictated by people have forgotten how valuable people are.
