Cons

Stagnant organization, the weakest link under the HD umbrella. No direction, accountability, support from upper management. Working with the HDA team was like the wild west. Everyone did everything but no one did anything. The weight of the company was entirely on the shoulders of 1 key individual who have since left the company to pursue growth.
