      Little to no career advancement Unaware of company culture Work/Life Balance- Schedule must be fully prepared online 3+ weeks in advance, makes it difficult to change in case of last minute emergencies Senior Management- Present when you need them, Monthly performance reviews conducted, **Not ideal for entry level candidates**- very few employees 21-30 years old Customers/dealers frown upon youth App development for products

      Pros

      First place I ever worked where management actually backed up values statement with money and time. Management donated personal money to support local organizations. Donated to many charities upon employee request. Allowed employees to take paid time off for charity work. Nice people. Strong marketing and beautiful products.

      Cons

      Top-down patriarchy. Since company is profitable and has been very successful, and most of the top management have worked there a long time, it is hard to make significant changes that could help the company make even better products that would drive even greater profitability. Ideas from the top are acted on, and people lower in the hierarchy do not get the opportunity to drive improvement.
