Pros
Hunter Douglas has great products and good employee discounts on their products. They have a good employee benefits package as well.
Cons
This company looks great on the outside, but most of the upper level managers are male. Most of the mid-level managers are female and the competition between the product groups is fierce. You would think the company would want to be on the same page "so to speak." Upper level management creates unattainable goals with crazy deadlines! They also support the China market in moving the their hardware production and some printing production to this country.
