Proactive decision-making and investment as well as moving quickly on projects.

Cons

Upper management have made multiple decisions which have had a knock-on effect to employees like setting unrealistic project and bonus targets as well as lack of transparency in terms of company roadmaps and company vision. No real feel of employee-first approach at all.
