Cultural differences might gives a culture shock to new comers. High turnover, so either you'll become the turnover rate, or you'll become the boss. Present the same thing 3-4 times to different level of management, might notice it since the interview. Recruiting fresh graduates with expectations that they already have 5 years of experience.
